Doesn't really care unless a sports person once wrote a px for a child and gave adult dose then blamed the nurse for not catching it and 8 of 10 times told the patient he would be right back and just left a prescription clipped to the door and the nurse went back in patients had more??'s

I've been seeing Dr Goodman Jr for over 22 years and I couldn't ask for a better Dr!! He's very thorough and takes the time to actually converse with his patients to find out what's going on. Most Dr's rush you out of their office, but definitely not Dr Goodman Jr! I can't wait to see him at his new location, at FryeCare Family Physicians! Emilie

I've been a patient of DR's Goodman Sr &. Jr. since I was 6 (67) Ben has followed proudly in his father's footsteps. Always jovial and happy, but concerned about all his patients.

He is more concerned about running up the cost of the visit than anything else. Lots of repeat tests. Anything to increase revenue. Staff is horrible. Unfriendly, not helpful, rude, annoyed if asked a question. Office nepotism is bad for business.

His dad is the biggest creep in the world looks like the apple didnt fall far from the tree. His das made up lies about me in my medical records and got my doctor to fire me after his rude and incompetent and disrespectful office staff abused me on the phone and I stood up to them.

Everyone in that office is rude. Dr. Goodman tries to make jokes about everything however i'm there for a diagnosis not a comedy show. He takes his time, and the office visit is much longer than needed not to mention he diagnosed my illness wrong leaving me to go to the E.R. for help. NEVER coming back.

Office staff not dependable,they say they will call you and do not,do not expect much if you need paperwork filled out,apparently even though they say it will be done it is not,even two months later,furthermore they are not dependable about follow up calls to inform you that they do not want to do paperwork,if you need info you have to constantly call to get any info,very unhappy with this office,service used to be alot better,not sure what happened,feel bad that I have tried to get others to go here,I gave bad advice apparently

My Mom called me in pain and asked me to make an appt. for her with Goodman. My dad and I both go to Dr Goodman so I called for her. The receptionist it would be weeks before they would take any new patients and suggested going to the ER. It turned out to be a case of shingles. It's pathetic service like this that makes healthcare in the US disgustingly overpriced and inadequate.

Dr. Goodman is an excellent doctor. He is thoughtful, warm and very considerate. He is witty and no matter how sick I have been, he manages to make me laugh. Of course the most important thing is that he diagnoses my illnesses correctly. I also like his nurse very much. The front office staff are another story all together. They are often rude and unprofessional. I dread having to speak to them and deal with them only when absolutely necessary. They really are horrible and I continue going to this office only because I really like Dr. Goodman.
