Dr. Benjamin N Hagan, MD

Dr. Hagan is such a gem in my neighborhood. I am so glad I don't have to travel far for exceptional primary care. His practice is also so helpful for our international travels.

I did a walk in, was seen within 30 mins of arrival, reception area was neat and the staff professional. Dr Hagan Listened to me and i finally got a doctor who listened and took my symptoms seriously, diagnosed me and prescribed meds to treat a condition i have suffered with for years and got ignored by at least 3 doctors over the years. He is knowledge, professional and treated me with respect.

very thorough and adequate in his profession

Does not respect African Americans and he is African, smdh. Doesn't listen to his patients. This man doesn't like people, but wants to be a doctor. His attitude is bad. If a patient is trying to tell you something about their condition, you need to listen to them. In conclusion he's just not a good person. If you care about yourself or loved one, send them somewhere else!!!

I have been under Dr Hagans care since 2010. He has consistently been a very knowledgable, caring doctor. He takes the time to talk over all of my concerns, he explains everything carefully and is very thorough. He manages my Physical and sometimes even emotional health with compassion and wisdom. I am grateful for his care.

To the person who states that they are in the medical field and experience pleasant experiences with Hagan, perhaps, your comment will cause him to treat other patients the same. Also, speaking of yourself in the third person (i.e., Stephen has used) does not convince me that you are a nonbiased or paid to review for him. Failure to treat, incompetence about the most basic things coupled with rudeness and pride, and other abuses is my experience and ironically that of many others.

i work in medical field and has used Dr Hagan for 3 years and has never waited more then 20 minutes to be seen.. Dr Hagan has always be courteous, kind and competent.will continue to visit him.
