Dr. Benjamin Michael Hayek, MD

The dr. was ok. The problem was the girl at the front desk. She is rude. I gave it a second chance and even a third chance. I had to switch doctors because I could not tolerate her any longer. She is rude on the phone as well. I hate to call the office for anything. I decided to write this review after discovering she was treating another patient the same way. Patients considering going to Dr. Hayek need to warning regarding what they need to go through to make an appointment or see the dr.

He takes a lot of time and does not appear hurried. He carefully reviews everything. I take my elderly mother to him and have been very happy with his care for her. He treats her with courtesy and does not condescend as medical professionals sometimes do with the elderly.

Used to wait up to an hour in the waiting room of his old office. The wait time is much better in his newer location.

Excellent doctor

He definiteky doesnt have any bedside manners what so ever. My father was dieing in the hopsital I asked him a question and he responds to you like your bothering him. His office did not feel out my paperwork on time to be with my father when he did pass away and wich I could have lost my job. Most Doctors do send you sympathy cards from their office, and needless to say I received a card from every other Dr [foot,eye, kidney, etc] except from his primary wich was Dr. Hayek. To make matters even worse I was going to Dr. Hayek and got my dad started and I left but my dad wouldnt leave because he just did not want to go through the trouble of finding another Dr. Definitely would not recommend.

over all a very good doctor
