Dr. Benjamin A Hecht, DO

Ignored all my questions about his mandatory treatment plan. Ignored my descriptions of the symptoms I was experiencing. Made it very clear that he would not provide any additional medical advice or provide any medication to take with me after discharge, and this immediately after informing me I would 100% need this care. Did not listen to my questions or share any evidence for why a 3-day stay was necessary, while knowing full well that I was simply unable - for financial reasons, for family reasons, logistical reasons, etc. - to pay for 3 days of additional observation which was his recommendation. It's worth mentioning that I saw 3 other doctors in the same 24-hour time frame who assured me my vitals and liver levels were within safe ranges (as did he!) and there simply was no need to keep me there for observation for more than 6 hours (as opposed to the 72+ he insisted on). I was consistently subjected to moral judgments BY A DOCTOR and I've NEVER had a medical appt this abusive.
