He has met my daughter once and over the past year and her condition has only worsened. He continues to offer the same treatment and fight me on getting additional testing. Why would you not want to do additional testing to make sure there is not an underlying condition when laxatives, suppositories and magnesium cleanouts are not working? The NP Analise treated my daughter with the pre-conceived diagnosis from Dr Infantino and did not seem remotely supportive of helping me figure out why my 3 year old hasn't been able to poop since birth. My daughter has been constipated for a week despite all the remedies listed above, we got her general to order a scan that showed she has a mass of poop that we haven't been able to remove, when I asked what we were going to do about it, I was repeatedly told we are scheduling a clean out when Dr Infantino is available. I just want someone to care enough about my daughter to at least try to find out if there is anything else going on.

Dr Infantino LISTENS, and sincerely cares about his patients and their families. When my son had to have emergency surgery and then was newly diagnosed with IBD he explained everything, gave us treatment options, and answered all our questions. He’s a TRUE professional! The BEST!!
