Dr Kuhns is wonderful! He's attentive, gets to the root of the issue quickly, his staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and very kind. The wait times are non existent, they take care of you right away, I've worked for a lot of doctors offices and none of them compare to the compassion and care I received during pre surgical appointments all the way through to post op appts. From checking in to seeing Dr Kuhns and checking out, all staff very friendly and helpful! Dr Kuhns takes the time to thoroughly explain what is needed to get you better!

My review isn't directly towards Dr Kuhns, it is towards the practice in general. While he was pleasant and knowledgeable, we got to scheduling and were presented with a rather large "surgical fee" for an experimental navigational guidance procedure that is not covered by insurance. They know this procedure is not covered and that is why they charge you a surgical fee to compensate for it. My insurance company is willing to hear their case to determine if this can be covered, but the DR 's office is unwilling to make the call and provide any information. It's very defeating when you are trying to get the best care for your child only to find out you will have to start over elsewhere. So, unless you are willing to pay out of pocket, don't waste your time.

Dr. Kuhns takes a collaborative approach, ensuring you understand everything that is discussed and are a part of every decision. He takes the time to address any concerns and thoroughly answer each of your questions. I've never felt rushed or dismissed by Dr. Kuhns, him and his team have been wonderful.

The team was thorough and he was the first doctor to check the pain on my stomach and this provided new information. Looking forward to finding a good solution for my pain.

Dr. Kuhns is the 'real deal'...professional, knowledgeable, competent and a great listener and teacher. He performed surgery to repair torn gluteal muscles ...back to walking 6 miles everyday! Today he addressed an issue with my other leg and offered treatment options and we agreed upon a plan that is reasonable and fits my personality. Dr. Kuhns is not 'cookie cutter' in his approach. The options he presents are individualized and practical. He provided detailed explanations and did not rush in any way. While I do not wish anyone to have pain or need intervention, if you do, Dr. Kuhns is top notch and based on my experience, I recommend him without reservation (and actually have done so!).
