Benjamin R. Lamielle D.D.S.
Benjamin Lamielle has 12 years of education and professional experience. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry (Columbus) and his Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). He is professionally trained and skilled in all facets of dentistry, including cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Lamielle is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Society. Before opening his new facility, he provided dental care in practices in Powell, London, Chillicothe and Piketon, Ohio.
Community service is important to Dr. Lamielle. He is a member of the Worthington-Linworth Kiwanis and volunteers at the Capital Area Humane Society. He actively served in the Head Start Dental Screening program in Columbus, Nelsonville and Pike County for the last five years and in the Healthy Smiles program for children while in dental school.

He takes great pride in his work and suggests that you set goals regarding your dental needs. "Your goal can be as simple as 'I want to have clean teeth when I leave the office today' or as ambitious as 'I want a Hollywood smile!'" Dr. Lamielle said. He understands the importance of building a professional relationship - a true partnership - with each patient to ensure that they are receiving the best treatment possible. Dr. Lamielle ensures that each of his patients understands all of the options available so they can select the best solution together.

As a young dentist, Columbus-based ODA member Dr. Benjamin Lamielle has brought a fresh voice to the association.
For his efforts, Lamielle will receive the ODA's N. Wayne Hiatt Rising Star Award during the Callahan Celebration of Excellence, held Friday, September 16, in conjunction with the 145th Ohio Dental Association Annual Session in Columbus.
