My child's previous Dr was no longer going to be returning after pregnancy so the search began for a new Dr; my goal was to find a Dr with enough experience to know what he/she is talking about, but not a Dr with 30+ years of experience because I would be afraid there would be some outdated biases. Maybe that's Irrational but this is genuinely how I feel. After reading literally 100s of Dr Bios and reviews, I came across Dr. Benjamin landgraf's profile. I knew instantly Dr. Ben was the Dr for us. His profile quite literally brought tears to my eyes. Dr Ben took the time to write a bio that was an acceptable amount in length (some only had a couple sentences, but not Dr. Ben). Here's a summary of his Bio and how it relates to the reality of the service he provides:1. Compassionate, expert care-check2. Allowing our voice to be heard-check3. Safe and welcoming with open communication and collaboration-CHECKOne thing Dr Ben forgot to… mention in his bio is how down to earth and relatable he is. Sometimes in a Dr/patient relationship, it can be easy to forget the Dr is just a person that goes through real life experiences-just like us. Dr Ben did a PHENOMENAL job and being able to relate to the concerns I have as a parent for my child. I found peace in that there was absolutely no judgement whatsoever and Dr Ben was able to educate me on what studies say about the concerns I brought forth and also gave a bit of relatable insight to go along with that. My favorite aspect of the entire visit was how inspiring Dr Ben is. He mentioned how quickly these years of our childs' life passes by and how important it is for us to enjoy it with them while supporting their choices are met with love and grace. Thank you, Dr Ben, for making such a unique way to relate to kids and parents and for positively altering the outlook I have on the word "doctor."

I visited Dr. Landgraf a couple of weeks ago for a first-time check-up with my 4-year-old son, and today with my almost Daughter. We recently moved to Brookfield and usually saw our pediatrician back in our home country, so I was a bit nervous about changing doctors-but it was necessary. Dr. Landgraf was incredibly empathetic. He explained everything with patience, kindness, and data-based information (which I truly appreciated). His assistant was very efficient, and the consultation itself was a pleasant experience.At the front desk, we were helped today for the second time by Cindy L., who-despite all the mistakes I made while filling out the forms-called me and corrected everything with amazing empathy.I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic, its assistants, and doctors for keeping children's health on track. No doubt about it.
