Dr Ben put me at ease. He is so caring and understood my past traumatic experiences. I don’t let my walls done easily but Dr Ben said we can go easy or whatever I am comfortable with. We practiced breathing and mind focus training. It’s a big step for me but I feel Dr Ben can definitely help me. Many thanks

Ben is very easygoing and a great listener. He helped us get to the heart of our communication issues right away. Ben gave us great insight into why we might respond the way we do to certain stressors, and the science behind the emotions. We worked with him on how to get through these times with respect, compassion, and empathy.

I have been seeing Ben LATNER above 2 years. I have never left a session feeling like I have wasted my time. I get strategies to deal with every day, life and the problems that face me.

I met Ben when he covered for my past therapist. I saw a difference in styles and really wanted to see if i could work with him. It worked out and I'm so glad it did! I feel comfortable with Ben and feel his style works for me. The therapy he uses was a bit new to me after 20 years of therapy and it is a fresh experience. I feel like i am making progress and that's the goal of therapy. He listens well, explains things clearly, doesn't mind re-explaining if necessary and makes me feel safe enough to deal with difficult things. He is giving me new tools to add to my toolbox and has been a great help. I'm so happy to continue working with him. Thanks! I highly recommend Ben!
