Dr. Benjamin Louis Lieberman, MD

I've been seeing Dr. Lieberman for more years than I can remember, even as I move further and further away from him. There's one reason for that. It's not only his knowledge and compassion but the level of care and concern for my well being. I am very confident and comfortable in all my dealings with him.

I have found the doctor to be intelligent, efficient and analytical. He does not come across as a warm and fuzzy but that is fine with me. I appreciate a business-like approach from my doctor. He is clear and direct.

Takes time to establish raportt, has good eye contact showing that he's listening to you and seeking diagnosis through understanding. Takes thorough notes on his computer for future reference. Has a pleasing personality, willing to share personal experiences. Office is conveniently located with a lab across the hall. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and relatives.

He's been my doctor for two years now and my wife's doctor for a year. I appreciate that he's direct and to-the-point. My wife feels comfortable around him and appreciates his bedside manner. We both think he's a very good doctor. Very professional. Sure he uses his laptop while we discuss, but it's with purpose and I am glad he's keeping accurate notes. We've had good experience with his staff also.

Making me suffer because of my occupation. Asthmatic with pneumonia/bronchitis. No antibiotics or follow up.

- Agree with others in that he is a bit arrogant but also fairly knowledgable. I disagree, he does listen - although can't we all improve on that skill. - Inconsistent in looking at background info - probably because it is hidden somewhere with too many links in that ipad or just isn't there, see next comment. - office management has gone done hill over the years: no followup and an utter lack of file management, not empathetic or engaging. - the visit feels like a task, he has to check off to get through the day. _ sadly this review does focus on criticism however, he is a tremendous improvement over the last local GP.
