Dr. Benjamin Jon Nelson, MD

Dr. Nelson is the kindest doctor. He was involved in my 10 day stay in RGH and was always giving updates. He removed my kidney stone after. I would HIGHLY recommend him for his bedside manner and technical abilities.

I went into the hospital not knowing why I was so sick. Come to find out I had a severe kidney infection, hernia in my intestines & abscess in my intestines, I was in the ICU for a month. I was on a ventilator for 11 days, total hospital stay was four months. I had to learn to walk again in rehab, push myself every day while I was in the hospital for my kids & my husband. Dr. Benjamin Nelson is God sent. He’s one of the only reasons i push myself every day until my kidney is removed, after healing my hernia will be removed. Before I met him, no one could tell me what was really wrong. Even now Dr.s say I’m a patient with such rare conditions & throw their hands in the air & are done with me. Dr. Nelson has never given up on me. He’s the Greatest!!!

I just got through with my new patient visit with Dr. Benjamin Nelson. Dr. Nelson took time to get to know me and I didn't feel the least bit rushed. I had several questions and he answered each one thoroughly and with great knowledge. I was particular impressed that he knew my whole history before walking into the examining room. I'm very glad that I changed medical practices and now have Dr. Nelson as my physician.
