Hands down the best Dr. I've ever had.I trust me life to him .

We have just learned he is retiring. Good for him, not so much for us.

Tended to my wife during a life threatening infection event. He was right on the money with the diagnosis and treatment regimen. Looking for a doc who has seen it all....you found him. Hats off to Dr. Portnoy.

Dr. Portnoy is very reliable and calls me with all my results. His office is small and well-organized. The office is decorated with some fun personal touches reflecting his humor. I feel like he does what is smart and practical.

The best doc I've ever had. Doesn't sweat the small stuff, but i there's a real problem follows up personally, including extended calls at home. Appears to be able to diagnose with tremendous experience-based insight. And has a good sense of humor.

stole my medical records brought and then illegally disclosed them w/ o my release, knowledge or consent. MIS-used and committed fraud in electronic exchange program that I had NOT opted into-- constitutes ID theft and violations of fed and state medical privacy and access laws! Failed to even test or treat. And he was DEAD wrong!

There is just not a better doctor. Besides infectious disease, he does primary care and has taken care of my husband and me for over fifteen years. He has a great nurse who has been with him a long time as well.

Dr. Portnoy and his staff are extremely professional, respectful, knowledgeable, caring, and, most importantly, compassionate. I am very lucky to have found them!!!
