Dr. Benjamin Preiss, DO

My husband fell about 8ft off a ladder & was in alot of pain in his ribs. Was given a room in Emergency about 12:30 pm. Dr. came in, spent maybe 10 min, ordered a x-ray. Also ordered a CT at about 4:30 pm. We did not see Dr Preiss again until 6:10 pm. Were told by Dr. Preiss, "I think he broke 4, maybe 5 ribs." Tried to get my husband to stay in hospital for 2-3 days, because he "thought" it was 4 or 5 broken ribs. He didn't show us the x-rays or CT. Also, the emergency room was not busy at all!! Only 5 rooms were being used. Seemed like Dr Preiss only was interested in gouging our insurance. Worst Emergency Dr. I have ever met. When a Dr. tells patient that he/she "THINKS" what the diagnosis is, shows lack of integrity in their profession. I would NOT recommend Dr. Preiss.

A very compasionate and caring person. He really listens and is a problem solver. He gives hope after so many doctors look down their noses to their patients. Thank you Dr. Priess!
