Dr. Benjamin L Proctor, MD

I recently went to see Dr. Benjamin Proctor for my continuing Opthamology appt. His staff was gracious and efficient. Dr. Proctor was amazing and thorough. I have several eye issues. Dr. Proctor made me feel comfortable and relieved my fears of seeing a new Doctor.

I don't think I would see this doctor again, even if he was the last one on earth. Not like I could anyway considering I just received a patient discharge letter. Last time I was in his office we discussed there was nothing more he could for me but I don't feel like a discharge letter was necessary considering I still have a perscription called in from there about every 6 months. The only reason I even continued going to him was because there weren't any other opthamologists in this town. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen and almost made it seem like I was an inconvenience to him every time I saw him. Granted, my case wasn't cut and dry and a little more complex but aren't doctors supposed to want to help their patients? If you want a doctor who will listen and actually seems to care I do not suggest Dr. Proctor.
