Good guy, took care of my issue, very competent. Followed up with me today, as my urologist had finally received a culture from the specimen I left and prescribed a different medication. Dr. Sandoval wanted to make sure I would continue with the prescription that he ordered. Excellent!!

I went to the walk-in and had this doctor for the very first time. I was sick with a terrible sore throat I could not even swallow and a throbbing headache, there was pus on the back of my throat that you could clearly see. He came in and had no bedside manners and asked me if I was drinking last night and that's why I don't feel well. He did not check me for anything, did not listen to my heart look up my nose look at my throat, he did not test me for strep throat or a sinus infection. This was clearly the worst experience I have ever had! I don't understand how this man is a doctor! I did get tested for covid which came back negative and he told me that I probably have it and should go back to be retested in 3 days without checking to see what else could possibly be wrong with me.

He is always cheerful, listens carefully and fully, asks questions and does it all without a lot of time wasting. I will definitely keep going to this doctor.

Has no beside manor and doesn't know how to talk to people.

I have had two bad encounters with him. Had a diagnosed condition with my primary and was only going here because of timing. He said derogatory things about my primary ( a Watson dr.) . Plain rude( laughing) when I explained what my symptoms were. Will never come back ! I was made to feel small and insignificant.

Didn't listen. Didn't do any exam or tests. Said He would give me Valium to help me sleep. Ignored my complaints of weakness, neuropathy and anemia and said I was imagining it!!! No tests. No exams. Never met me before. Didn't know my medical history. Kept repeating my information wrong.

I was a new patient and just moved into the Lakeland area. I had a check-up with him and this guy is courteous and funny. I'm happy to have people like this watching over my health.
