Dr. Benjamin Solky

I had surgery with Dr. Solky recently and could not be happier. Everything was explained before hand, and so far the results are exactly as he promised. Dr. Solky and his staff were courteous and even fun to be with. In short, I would go back to Dr. Solky if I ever need Mohs surgery again.

I had Mohs surgery and went back to get the sutures removed. The nurse had a hard time with the removal and didn't call the doctor in to check to make sure they were all out. Dr. Solky did the suturing very quickly as I recall and maybe made them too tight?? Two days later I noticed that pieces of the sutures that should have been removed were left behind. I know that they were pieces of the outside sutures that had been placed that were left behind. I decided to remove them myself since I didn't want to deal with the nurse again. I cleaned a sewing needle and tweezers and removed them myself. I hope I never have another Mohs surgery, but If I needed to do it again, I would find another place.

Wish I could say what other patients are saying. I was called in late, there were excuses provided, I won't repeat the excuses but what I was told didn't make sense. They also didn't have all my information and some things were incorrect. They were not handling the implementation of a new system well. Dr Solky was energetic but was rushing around and things were not well explained, After making all sorts of black lines on my face saying he may cut here, here or here, I'm surprised I didn't run out. Scared me for sure. End result so far not looking that good, but hopefully time will heal. No follow up instructions with scar care either. I wouldn't go back no matter how well this scar heals.

Sulky is the whole package , excellent Surgeon, wonderful Dr/Patient relationship , will make you feel at ease

I needed a same day visit check a suddenly worrisome soft skin infection prior to next-day travel and so I called the AP Derm office in Westford MA and was connected to Dr Solky. After listening to my concerns and understanding that I would be traveling next day, he agreed to see me that morning. After not too long a wait he came out to introduce himself, then shortly thereafter I was brought in and examined. Throughout, he was engaged, articulate, energetic, and extremely good at explaining his diagnosis, the treatment, and the subsequent prescription and follow-up care. I couldn't have had a better experience given the situation I was in. I highly recommend Dr Solky to anyone needing a dermatologist.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Solky’s expertise and care . I had major Moh’s repair on nose- Dr Solky explained my options and ultimately helped me make the right decision for me. He listens and cares! I would not go anywhere else! His nurses and assistants are kind and gentle and very professional too!

Dr. Solky is wonderful! I have been seeing him for cosmetic (botox,) general, skin diagnosis and treatment. The wait to get an appointment with Dr. Solky can be long as he specializes in Mohs surgery. However I don't mind waiting for a great doctor. I would rather wait as he does not rush his patients and is very busy. I had a growth on my face during pregnancy that was due to the pregnancy. He removed it with out pain and no scaring .

I had an appointment with him today for MOH's surgery on two sites. Very skilled physician. Great bedside manner. Took the time to answer all my questions. Very personable.

I drive way way out of my way to see him,but the bad jokes gotta get better!
