Took 3+ weeks after the tests were completed for the doctor to call w/ results.

When you have an emergency and need to talk to him to find out what you need to do you will never get through to him. He never calls back his patent or talks to them during the normal daytime hours. He seemed to always be on vacation also.

I have a severe immune system problem and Dr. Soule has helped me a lot. He helped me understand my disease and we came up with a plan to keep me from getting sick. It has worked and I am feeling much better. Dr. Soule is extremely caring and kind and knows a lot about immune system problems.

Dr. Soule is great. He spent a really long time talking with me about my problems. Very knowledgable and friendly.

Took me on as a patient and layed out treament plan then did nothing he said he was going to do and no one returned phone calls.Was depending on him for perscriptions and treatment for CVID.
