Horrible receptionist. Trashy. Not the cleanest place. If you argue with the receptionist, then you will receive a certified letter in the mail, indicating they will no longer see you.

I've been seeing Dr Swisher for about ten years now, and I absolutely love him!

Very people friendly dr who explains things so u can understand them. Also his staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend dr swisher and his office to anyone who’ll listen

My former doctor, Dr. Wu was very courteous, respectful and non-arrogant. Nurses and staff very friendly, informal and chatty but efficient.The whole experience was like a trip back to Mayberry . I had no insurance but billing was low and Dr Wu would provide free samples of prescriptions to help. So when he retired I was scared to get a new doctor. After making a mistake on a new doctor close to me who treated me like a child and was a Jesus freak (scriptures and pics of Christ and his syrupy sickening demeanor), I tried this doctor Dr Swisher, and what a relief he was. He is sincerely friendly and smart and responsive to your needs. If he can't give a prescription or a treatment he explains why he can't do so. Always treats me with respect and no condescension. The staff is another story. I've been going here for a few years now and each time they act like they never seen me and I am number 347-a and behave as if they are doing me the favor by waiting on me. After going… from an office like Dr Wu's where everybody knew you by name and never needed ID's and idiotic paperwork, and even sat in the waiting room with patients to talk . It was nice. I guess it is the times and maybe these new staffs are the norm. But I don't like it. But if you want a great doctor who does seem to have your interests at heart and doesn't dismiss your ideas and listens to what you say and just doesn't fill out the order sheet on his preconceived diagnosis, you can't do better than Dr. Ben Swisher !!

I have been going to Dr Swisher since 2009 I really enjoyed having a good Dr but my problem is with the billing I was told I had a bill and could not be seen until my bill was paid I paid it then next time I went in I owed the same amount again I questioned it again now I cant go back unless I pay the bill again ..... I do not have the money to keep doing this In the process of waiting to see the dr I had several heart attacks and still cant be seen the front staff was very rude so what can I do I had insurance but still owe a bill

After reading all of the wonderful reviews about him being such a wonderful doctor I couldn't wait to see him. I was sadly disappointment with the visit. When I made my appointment it was with Dr. Swisher, instead I was seen by his unfriendly NP. Instead of treating me she said that I needed to see pain management and several other specialist. That they couldn't handle my medical conditions. I have Fibromyalgia and Scoliosis. All he could treat was my high blood pressure. The visit was a waste of my time I wouldn't recommend Dr. Swisher to my worst enemy.
