I’d rate Zero stars (if I could) to better warn people! I recommend you go anywhere else if want to be treated well and you’re looking to beat your cancer. Over the last 8 months, my liver cancer has only worsened and being unsatisfied I’ve now been denied getting any second opinion here. At this point, I’m forced to start over completely at a different cancer clinic or accept this one sending me to directly to hospice. I’ve wasted hours waiting past their scheduled appointment times with poor to no follow-ups and suffered repeated weeks of hospitalization from unmanaged serious chemo-drug side effects. After questioning their treatment plan, I’ve felt intense emotional grief from an unprofessional and unfriendly staff. They earn huge profits from my insurance while not showing concern for me as a person nor any compassion in managing my pain. His clinic lacks the necessary communication framework to coordinate care between specialties and there is no personalized care plan. You… will be a number in the line and have no choice in which doctor you’re sent to for each sub-speciality treatment. Ultimately, even the clinic administration has denied my request for a second opinion as “against their policies.” I pray for you to be guided elsewhere so you don’t have to go through the horrible experience I’ve had here. May you go with God instead of letting this clinic judge your life as not worth saving. Peace be with you.
