Dr. Benjamin Evans Wall, MD

Totally useless and deserve less than zero stars.I could have asked my referring doctor who referred me to this place to refer me to different pain management doctor, but choose this practice because their website lists my medical condition twice as something they "specialize"  in.  They also mention "feet" 3 times and "injections" everywhere.     I went so far as to call 5 weeks earlier and talk to a medical assistant and confirmed that they treat my condition with cortisone injections.  So my appointment date comes and "Dr." Wall walks into the room, looks at a paper in his hand and says to me "I am supposed to talk to you about getting an electronic stimulator installed in your back".  I knew then that he was a puppet and all was lost.  I knew that he had violated my privacy rights and spoken to a previous Doctor of mine about a previous medical condition that I no longer have. The previous Doctor also violated my privacy rights.  Please do not confuse my terms referring  Doctor… with previous Doctor, they are 2 different doctors. He never asked about my pain, where it was, what were my symptoms, or examined me.  He never got closer than 10 feet to me.  He clearly did not care why I was there or have any intention of treating the condition I came to see him for. To make things worse an electronic stimulator which is a glorified Tens Unit in my back is not recognized as a treatment for Neuropathy in feet.  Where as, cortisone injections in my feet  are widely used.  He disagreed with this fact.  Then I told him that there was a lot of information and  photos of where to inject the cortisone into my feet to relieve neuropathic pain on many medical sites on the web.I know he is not a surgeon and I was not there for that but he also disagreed that surgery on my feet existed even thought I told him there were movies of it and surgeons who do such surgery on various medical websites.  I even cited an article in "Practical Pain Management" magazine, which he said he subscribed to, that went into detail how nerve surgery has a 91% success  rate for neuropathic pain.  The article has pictures and everything.   He said I had read it wrong.  No, he is wrong.

The office is RUDE, uncaring and disorganized.

I've been seeing Dr. Wall for my lower back injury and deterioration. He has been doing everything he can for 6 years now and I couldn't be happier! The man is very thorough! He still looks through my very very long file trying to come up with something else we can try or adjust to help keep me as active as possible. He is always researching new tech and practices to help his patients. I will be forever grateful for all his help trying to keep me going all this time.

The office staff was RUDE. The doctor was in a hurry due to the fact he had an outside appointment (I was his last scheduled appointment of the day). When I changed practices, the staff made it difficult to receive MY own records as requested. All together, one of the most unprofessional groups I have ever encountered.

After seeing a neurosurgeon upstairs from this clinic, twice I was sent down to the clinic on the same day for shots. Now that I was referred by an outside doctor, they delayed my shots for one month. Stupid me, I forgot to stop taking aspirin so had to miss that date and now am being told to wait another 2-3 weeks! Unacceptable. I'm going elsewhere. No one returns phone calls.

Very caring provider. He has been nothing but wonderful & understanding to my situation. The staff there is very friendly - def. highly recommend to anyone! (I feel like a patient & not a # -- love that about this office & staff)

Dr. Wall is a great physician and I don't give out reviews as so overly positive, it would make your head spin. Dr. Wall earned this "Excellent" on all the review subjects as he is knowledgeable, open for comments from patient, and takes a combination of both areas, combines them and devises a set treatment plan for your well being. The end result is the alleviation of pain and emotional distress.

He dismissed my claims of a different feeling after deep injection. His nurse said, "he never heard that feeling in anyone". And then never again did I recieve a follow up. Do not reccomend.

Been seeing Dr. Wall for three years. Dr. Wall has helped me out tremendously as I have a rare condition, he has always been kind to me and always answers all of my questions. Also, the staff is great, the front desk girls and his nurse. Also, they always return my phone calls in a promptly manner. I have never had to sit in waiting room for more than 15 minutes, they are usually always on time. I would highly recommend Dr. Wall .
