A graduate of LSU and LSU Medical School in New Orleans, Dr. Walton completed his Otolaryngology residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. He served as the chief resident during his 5th year of training. As the chief resident, Dr. Walton received the Resident of the Year award annually given to an outstanding resident physician at the University of Texas Medical Branch, along with being named "Outstanding Otolaryngology Resident." Dr. Walton is board-certified through the American Academy of Otolaryngology. He treats both pediatric and adult patients suffering from ear, nose, and throat disorders and has specialized training in minimally invasive surgery of the sinuses and eustachian tubes.

Dr Walton is great. Always a pleasure seeing him. Very polite, down to earth, professional & 1 of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. I feel like he’s very good at his profession & he’s a terrific ENT. He recently performed a procedure on me & I have nothing but good things to see about his “performance” if you will. I will continue to see Dr Walton as my ENT specialist & I would surely recommend him to my family, friends & co-workers.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Walton but I was very pleased with my visit. I was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr. Walton and his nurse were very polite, and professional. Dr. Walton was on time and took care of my assessment quickly. I was in and out of there in a very reasonable amount of time. As a seasonal allergy person, I know I’ll have at least 1-2 visits a year. Happy to transition to Dr. Walton since my former Doctor at the ENT retired.
