Dr. Benjamin J. Widmer, MD

This is my fourth procedure preformed at Tosh, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I just had a right shoulder reverse replacement and it went great, painful but great. Dr. Benjamin Widmer is a wonderful surgeon and cares greatly about his patients. And I cannot say enough positive about the staff.

Very professional. Dr. Widmer was very enjoyable to talk with, He made me feel comfortable even though it was my first visit with him. I also felt that he fulfilled all of my questions and I was very confident in the direction he gave me to go forward. I would highly recommend him and his Staff who definitely were on equal Par.

Was in for 1 year review after shoulder replacement. Very Personable, easy to talk to and did an excellent job on my shoulder. I am rock climbing as hard as I did several years ago.

My reverse shoulder replacement surgery on May 16, 2022, was performed by Dr. Widmer. More than two weeks later, I am still amazed and astounded at the results. I've experienced only some stiffness and soreness but almost no pain at all. I have a great deal of movement and can easily do my exercises. I feel great. Four years ago, Dr. Widmer operated on my other shoulder doing another reverse replacement. He did such a great job that I trusted him completely to do my second shoulder.

He was very professional, informative nice personality

I saw his PA (I didn’t even catch his name because he came in and talked so fast). That was how the whole appt went. He checked & responded to 2 phone calls and a text on his watch. The appt was rushed. I was able to share some concerns but he was very ‘just deal with it and do the best you can’. As he left, he opened the door asked if I had any questions and said he had to go. I’m hoping it was just an off day and that isn’t his usual behavior.

Dr. Wilmer and staff are very good. They are attentive and listen to my concerns.

Dr. Widmer provides excellent care and is a thorough and thoughtul physician and surgeon with excellent bedside manner.
