Dr. Benjamin Zibin Wu, MD

I would give this doctor 0 stars if I could. The receptionist desk billed me incorrectly several times for annual preventative care check-up (physical and bloodwork) and will have me dispute their mistakes even though I told them beforehand that my insurance does annuals for free. They will try to come up with any excuse to make me come into the office to bill me more, you know something is up when they always insist that I pay in cash instead of a credit card. There is no point in making an appointment at this doctor's office. With or without an appointment the wait time can be anywhere from 2-3 hours. If you're going while they're on their lunch break then prepare to spend at least half the day there. I always feel like I'm being rushed when Dr. Wu is examining me and I honestly can't recommend him to anybody. There have been times when they messed up my medication refills and were told to come into the office to talk about it. I was charged a co-pay to have them fix their… mistake. It shouldn't take 2 visits and 3 phone calls just to have a script refilled. There was another incident when Dr. Wu didn't thoroughly examine me and told me just to go to the ER. I knew it was not an emergency and he insisted to the point that he wrote me a script to go to the ER. He asked me what I was still doing in his office after filling the ER script. Even I know to send someone to the urgent care clinic before the ER if the situation isn't so severe. Dr. Wu is very unprofessional and I feel any time and money spent at his office is a waste.

Dr Li and staff were very professional and friendly. Dr Li checked my throat and was able to diagnose that I had strep throat. She gave me a prescription for antibiotics and her number to call in case they had questions as I was a new patient. 2 days later, I feel better already! Thank you Dr Li.

Extremely long waiting time even if you made an appointment, average 2-3 hours waiting time, and the doctor will see you for 3-5 minutes.

Long waits due to amount of patients but highly recommended.
