Dr. Benjamine Mark Welch, DO

Dr. Welch has always been great with my son. We have been going to him for 6 years (chronic tubes). His team has always worked really well with us and have been very accommodating, pleasant and professional. I have recommended him to anyone looking for an ENT!

Tried to find out about an appointment my ex set up for my son, they wouldn't tell me anything, so I tried to cancel it, but they said I had to talk to my ex (we have split custody). So I said I'd talk to my lawyer ("You do that!'). Next day I show up, with my son, and have him explain that he doesn't want the operation his mom set up for him (He's 11), explain what part of the divorce decree my lawyer pointed out this was violating, then ask what I can do. The receptionist rudely tells me that I need to get my lawyer to talk to their supervisor. So I did. Later, I get a hateful call from the supervisor "thanks to you the appointment has been cancelled! I don't appreciate you showing up and threatening my employees. If you show up here again, I will have you arrested!" She then reiterates that I am not welcome there and she will call the cops "And you can tell your lawyer that!" I will be letting all my friends know this is not where they want to do there business.

Very friendly staff. Dr Welch was great. I would highly recommend him.

Had a hard time making an appt. first time ever I have had problems of this sort as a new patient. So I pass and move on to a provider I can make an appt with without a hassle

Dr. Welch is awesome. His staff in Claremore are so nice. I would totally recommend him to anyone who needed a Ent Specialist.

Dr. Welch was very brisk and lacked appropriate communication skills. He spoke two sentences to my child which were to look up and turn her head. When I tried to ask him a question he told me he had 100 other patients to see before the day was over and needed to hurry. I had been waiting over an hour to see him.

I was referred several years ago and the rudest staff and doctor I have ever met. I left sobbing of how I was treated. I was so ill and expecting help and had insurance so shocked of how rude he was to me. Then received a call about a year later from my brother who had been referred as well asking why I had not warned him about how rude this doctor was.

Dr.Welch was very nice our first visit. But since then I have had to call up to his office several times and the receptionist is not friendly and has no personal skills I even went into drop something off only to be treated like crap by the very rude receptionist. In my opinion if you want to keep your patients hire someone with some kind of personal skills because now I will not be going back to his office because of her.

Excellent listener, doesn't do unnecessary tests or procedures, explains everything and always answers questions.

I like Dr. Welch because he is an expert in his field. Every time I visit his office he and his staff make me feel very comfortable and secure. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Welch and his staff. Anyone who needs help with their ears, nose, and/or throat that goes anywhere else is missing the Best.
