Dr. Bennett Cua, MD

I was referred to Dr. Cua by my Primary Care doctor for serious heart issues. However, Dr. Cua's office kept changing my appointments at the last minute and moving them out another two months. This Doctor and his office are clearly suffering from arrogance, 'we are gods' syndrome, and rudeness. If you need care, I highly suggest you avoid these people. Senior Patient - September 16, 2024

Dr. Cua is very nice. I would give him more stars. But trying to work with the front desk is impossible. Zero stars. I tried to set up an appointment for several days. No one would answer the phone and it would disconnect or someone would hurriedly answer and say I have people in front of you and put you on hold. Then wait another 20 minutes until you just hang up. I'm sure they have no idea who is on hold. I had a message from his office to call about test results. I tried to call for 2 days and couldn't get anyone. When someone finally answered and started to put me on hold again, I said I'd already been on hold for 30 minutes. She said she'd connect me and put me on hold again. Another receptionist answered and said can I help you. Finally I got connected to the assistant. I told the assistant if something doesn't get better I have to change to another doctor.

My PCP recommended him. So far I've had a had time getting the receptionist to set up appointment. Insurance has called me with approval but still trying to get appointment.

He is a kind and compassionate doctor who takes his time to listen and follows up.
