Horrible experience... Have gone several times and waited 45 min each time to be seen... Worst office ever!

I asked Dr. Berman of a 50% refund due to a bed site effect of the filler injected. It left a heavy staining on my face, and second opinion proofed the the filler was not injected properly. Dr. Berman called me and was conducting herself poorly; she told me, I should be ashamed of myself. She was yelling and humiliating me, and only agreed to give money back when I mentioned legal authorities to be involved. She then told me: "Never, never, never, never come back to my office! Never". People like her don't deserve to be physicians.

My family were among Dr. Berman's first patienta and with some unusual sking conditions, she had some real challenges caring for our oldest son. Since that first visit to her office she has excelled in all aspects of our care. You could not find a better Dermatologist!

She is a wonderful doctor and very thorough. It is very hard to get an appointment, so booking 6 months in advance is strongly recommended.

We have been patients of Dr. Berman's since she first opened her practice in Agoura Hills and she is absolutely THE BEST out there.

Dr. Berman is worth the wait. She is friendly, thorough, professional and sensitive to patient needs and pain tolerance. She's also very pretty.
