Bergica Valentin, MSN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Highland Medical, OB-GYN of Rockland. With over 20 years of experience in various nursing roles and settings, Bergica has provided compassionate care to her patients. Most recently, she served as a Prenatal Clinical Nurse Navigator.In addition to her clinical practice, Bergica is a clinical nursing adjunct professor at Pace University and Manhattanville University. She earned her Associate in Science, Nursing, at New York City Technical College in New York, NY, her Bachelor of Science, Nursing, at Empire State College in Saratoga Springs, NY, and her Master of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Dominican College in Orangeburg, NY.Bergica is fluent in Spanish and is a certified breastfeeding counselor. Outside of her clinical practice, she enjoys cooking and applying nutritional principles to support optimal health outcomes.
