We interviewed pediatricians before our son was born and decided to go with Dr. Haggerty. She sat was us and patiently answered every question and concern we had written down and then some. She made sure she had allotted plenty of time for our visit. She was contacted when I went into labor and showed up promptly to circumcise Jordan. She had discussed some circumcision techniques and told us she would be there to make sure Jordan's was done correctly. It went great from that day to when the plastic ring came off. ...No irritation whatsoever! She took time to come in to visit with us in our room. She was beaming from ear to ear and look so happy for us as if I was a family member. After that time, whenever we had an appointment she would always give me 1st time mommy tips and sit with me while telling stories of her 1st time mommy experiences. She is always smiling and is so good with my son. Jordan never has forgotten the shots he received when he was a baby and gets… extremely agitated whenever we have a routine visit. She handles his frustration with a smile and remains calm and cheerful at all times. She makes little bird noises while checking his ears even if he's fighting her with every bit of strength he has in his little body. The staff is so warm and friendly to us and the Dr. Haggerty's nurses are so helpful when you call to ask about health questions.

I would be happy to wait 2 hours to see this doctor. We have four children and we wouldn't want anyone else to see our kids. Dr. Haggerty is very caring and will spend all the time you need to have all your fears and questions answered.

I do like Dr. Haggerty. I found her to be very nice and good with my daughter but I couldn't overlook the amount of time spent waiting to be seen. I feel like they have way too many patients there. I don't think I ever waited less than half an hour. I once had the first appointment of the day and still waited for nearly an hour before I was seen. That was the final straw and I switched doctors.

Dr. Haggerty is very friendly and great with my little one. She is a pleasure to visit and really works with parents in providing excellent care for their kiddos. Who hasn't had to spend time waiting for a Dr appt??? Most of the time it is the result of squeezing in a sick child or a parent making an appt for Timmy and dragging the other siblings in as well to be checked out.

Waited 1.5 hours. She did not apologize for her lateness. Makes all the difference in the world. However, she is a very nice lady.

Dr. Haggerty has seen my 3 kids since birth. She is always caring, takes the time to coach new parents, accurate in her diagnosis, and great with both kids and parents. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Haggerty is personable and thorough, she is good with both kids and parents. She explains problems well and her diagnosis have been right-on. It is difficult to get an appointment, and I often see one of 3 doctors in the practice. The wait times for an appointment are unreasonably long.
