Dr. Bernadette Lizina Sheridan, MD

Dr. Sheridan is an excellent doctor, she cares about you, takes time with you, talks to, you mean something to her. Her diagnoses are usually right, I feel safe going to her. I travel far to still come to her, because I relocated. The staff is warm and caring also.

My mother has been a patient of Dr sheridan for many years. As of late and the last visit DR Sheridans staff and Dr Sheridan were rude and very curt to myself and my mother. My mother is elderly and just came in for a post visit after coming out of the hospital, when we told the recetionist why my mother was there for a visit she shook her had and said no we could not see Dr Sheridan. In addition, Dr Sheridan acted as if she didnt know my 89 year old mother was coming to see her and didnt evenbother to give my mother blood test or be patient enough to listen to all her symptoms and said my mother should see the other doctors at the hospital she was discharged when Sheridan is supposed to be her primary doctor. Dr Sheridan and her most of her staff act very ignorant and rude to patients, Dr Sheridan does not have compassion for patients anymore, and she does not serve elderly patients well at all. She even once gave my mother a medicaion that caused her to have a GI bleed. Dr… Sheridan has lost her touch to be the good physican she once was. I do not reccomend anyone going to her practice. She is obviously only practicing medicine for the money now, not because of her willinginess to provide patient care. I for one will not be bringing my mother back to her negative envionment of her faciclity and the horrible treatment of her and her staff. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE you will wait for hours for noting. She doesnt have it anymore!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess the wait is so long because Dr. Sheridan will never rush a patient, and that's what I love about her. She is smart and caring and I have finally found a doctor that I can trust and feel safe with. I highly recommend Dr. Sheridan.

Dr. Sheridan, your one of the best, if not the best medical Dr. in family practice. Your staff are very professional and courteous from the receptionist to the nurses and the scheduling staff. Keep up the execellent work. Brooklyn community deserves more Drs like you!Both my mother and mother-in-law have received and continue to receive the best of care under Dr. Sheridan and NP Foskey.

Dr. Sheridan is an excellent doctor, however, the wait time makes one think twice about going elsewhere.I was there last week and waited so long that I had to re-schedule. Nest available appointment is 3 weeks away.The good news is that the courtesy and professionalism of the staff is much improved.Now, if only something can be done about the wait time...

Dr. Sheridan is an outstanding doctor. She is very pleasant, caring and concerned. But her receptionists needs training - they're argumentative and impolite. They waiting time can also be honderous up to 3 hrs.

I wish more Doctors we like this one...
