Dr. Bernard Kofi Addo Quaye, MD

I was a patient, when my insurance changed. Dr. Addo-Quaye isn't in my network. I really appreciate his attentiveness to my complex issues. He listened to my answers when he asked a question, when I had concerns he thoroughly answered making sure I completely understood. He didn't seem bothered like other doctors I've encountered. The moment he is in my network I'm going back. I constantly recommend him to anyone who complains about their doctor or doesn't have a doctor.

This practice is insanely shady. Not only will you wait hours to be seen, there is no guarantee that your follow-up actions will be accurate at all. The only thing consistent about care here is that you will most assuredly NOT what was prescribed and if you have to deal with Agatha you will never get a follow-up phone call. The scam is obviously you have to come back and keep paying to get subpar service. I'm a step away for contacting the medical board to find out how its possible to have such lack controls in place for patients and definitely reaching out to Better Business Bureau. Save yourself some time and frustration.

U have an appointment at 11 more than likely you wont be seen until 4pm..dont be surprised to find out after waiting 5 hours to see him that he's not even there and you will be seen by someone else. And heaven forbid you need to contact the office after hours! No one answers the phone and if you leave a message chances are you wont get a call back. And the answering service.. It must be a relative answering the phone from her house! Half the time she doesnt answer the phone! It is the worst service ever. If anyone is even thinking about seeing this doctor my advice is to look elsewhere!!

Went here to see Dr. Addoquaye when I was a child, told them my left knee was hurting from jumping and I’d sprained it. And even though I just tore my other knee’s acl all he wanted to do was wait to see if got better and give me ibuprofen instead of giving me a referral for an orthopedic or mri. Come to find out a whole 2 years later by going to a different doctor, my left acl has been torn too of course! I have been limited from running or any excessive physical activity keeping me from my favorite sports all these years or even being able to run! It’s common sense that my other knee was probably torn and he is incompetent!!
