Dr. Bernard J Bernacki, DO

I have trusted Dr. Bernacki with minor and major health issues over many years. He has ALWAYS come through with accurate diagnosis, reasonable suggestions for treatment and follows up with the professionalism that I have come to trust and expect. I wish there were more doctors like him who have truly given of themselves in order to bring better health to you. I do have other physicians (specialists) that I see but somehow when I need a doctor "now" it is Dr. Bernacki's phone number that I'm calling. His staff is friendly, knows who you are and are very familiar with your health issues. If they can, believe me, they will be your first advocate in getting the help you need. Excellent staff and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Bernacki and his staff have lousy bedside manner and do not give any explanation about your diagnosis and next steps. The doctor will hand you “end of life” papers to fill out before he even says hello. My experience with him was downright terrorizing. I think I still have PTSD.

I've been a long time patient of Dr. Bernacki and have always been satisfied with his professionalism, his knowledge of the medical field and keen diagnosis. His staff is pleasant and helpful with any and all of the requests I've put upon them.

Dr. Bernacki is a very nice doctor, but his staff are very rude. They have absolutely no sympathy or bedside manner when you're ill and act put out any time you call or are in the office. I'm not sure why they work there if they don't want to help people. They complain as if the waiting room can't hear everything that goes on in the office. The office manager should be fired and replaced with someone that has a more positive attitude and demands that patients are treated with respect and not as a bother.

Dr. Bernacki is great! His staff on the other hand, is not. They do not return calls or notate that you have called. I have to continue to contact them in order to get a message to the doctor.

Doctor's assistant was skeezball. Billing practices terrible. Double charges. When you try to call the office they won't respond to you or help you. Bad with money.
