Dr. Chang, his staff and Mercy Hospital are simply amazing. They truly care. Dr. Chang takes his time, while he thoroughly explains (with great bedside manner) every detail. The added bonus…he was blessed with gifted hands. My DIEP breast reconstruction looks amazing, even other doctors inquire about “who did your DIEP reconstruction”? And after dealing with cancer, this part was so important for my healing process. Dr Chang has the sweetest humble spirit which is often foreign to most surgeons. I am not sure about you, but I have had many surgeries in 3 different hospitals and the place I ALWAYS go back to is Mercy Hospital. Everyone I have encountered (nurses, receptionists, technicians from pre surgery, during surgery and postoperative) ease my mind, make me smile. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I were to wake up and find someone holding my hand. Dr. Chang is the absolute best in his field. You need not look further. Thank you everyone! Janelle

Dr. Chang office and the staff at Mercy Hospital were wonderful. I appreciated how well the nurses took care of me there. My nurse had some concerns about my graft, so she called Dr. Chang who drove 40 miles in the middle the night to check on me. He is honest and was able to accomplish what other surgeons believed was impossible to achieve in reconstructive surgeries. He has the magic hands. I cannot thank Dr. Chang enough for giving me my life and self-confidence back.

I moved to N Carolina 5 years ago and still decided to fly to Baltimore for a face lift with Dr Chang who had performed both a mini facelift and mid-face lift several years back. Dr Chang is a master in the art of plastic surgery: he is competent, kind and patient.
