Dr. Fialkoff maintains his dental practice in Bayside, NY. He is without any doubt a very highly skilled dental surgeon, placed on earth for mankind's benefit. Surgical posts could not be any more articulately placed for dental implants. He takes great pride in his work and will never let you down.

Have gone into Dr. Fialkoff's office in Bayside for cosmetic procedure and dental check-ups. High attention to detail, with the expertise of someone who has been doing this for a long time. Staff is friendly, and facilities are clean.

Staff was rude waited over 1 hour and a half without a reason

I have been a patient of Dr. Bernard Fialkoff DDS for over 30 years. I cannot begin to overstate the sense of security and confidence I have felt from the first day we met. Dr. Fialkoff is the greatest in his profession. I refer to him as the "Grand Master," the absolute best at his craft and without a shadow of a doubt second to none.

He is able to make me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I appreciate how much better I feel every time I leave. The offices are close to home, and very professional. I recommend him 100%

This is a neighborhood office with a friendly staff. The place is very clean and tidy. The doctor is very professional and has more than 35 years of experience. He specializes in dental implants and is the leading doctor in this field. When other dentists can’t do a job, they refer the patient to him. I have had many cleaning done to me and my family from this place and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do the job right the first time.

I feel bamboozled after doing work this guy. He came off as nice and insightful, but in reality he caused me problems I did not have before. I originally came to him because I wanted to do a gum graft on my left central incisor as it was about 2mm longer than the right. He managed to convince me to instead lengthen most of the teeth on my upper gumline. So, foolishly trusting him, went ahead and did the procedure with him. I wasn't even pleased with the results. Firstly, my first 6 teeth now are all slightly different lengths. Secondly, I noticed he removed a good chunk of gum from my 2 upper right pre molars. The same teeth that had gum flaps on them before (basically 3/4ths of the tooth is covered in gum and the other 1/4 is not). The gum flaps never caused me any issues and I barely noticed it. Yet he removed a good chuck of gum, I'd say 3mm on the first premolar and 2mm on the second one. He didn't even ask me or tell me he was going to do it. Now I have a little sensitivity on… both those teeth and will have to get a gum graft. No way I'm coming back to this sleezeball. He even had the audacity to shuffle between me and a patient in the other room, so I spent a total of 2 hours in his office. PS - the hygienists are just as bad. Their job should be to clean my teeth, not lecture me on how to floss Best part is, he ignores his negative reviews. Doesn't even attempt at reconciliation. He instead focuses on asking patients inside his office to write him 5 star reviews. He even tells them what sites to do it on.

Dr.Fialkoff was recommended to me by my own dentist. He is a experienced periodontics. His office is comfy, his staff is afable and well intended. He explained to me all steps and procedures before hand. He works without hurry, relaxed, showing a mastery of his craft. Needless to say that I have a painless experience.
