Dr. Bernard Garcia, MD

Pretty disgusted right now. I have been a patient for over a year. I am constantly passed around on the phone, hung up on when on hold, am left for long wait times on the phone, have to wait to get an appointment. And am told to leave his office when I do a walk in appointment and told to make an appointment online. INGRID, who I have never seen before, a nurse practitioner, was very rude via my tele-health appointment this morning. I have asked repeatedly almost every appointment of mine to speak with Dr. Garcia himself, and I am never connected to him via my actual appointment. The. When I call to ask to speak to him, I am again, passed around, disconnected, or some how magically hung up on before I even get to speak. Is posting this the only way I will actually get Dr. Garcia to call me? HELLO?!?! UPDATE: I called AGAIN and finally spoke with someone who said “DR. GARCIA NO LONGER SEES PATIENTS. HE IS THE OFFICE MANAGER.” I asked to speak with him. “HE DOES NOT TAKE OR RETURN… PERSONAL CALLS.” But I am a patient who has been under his care for a year. The staff who run the office are rude and you never get the same person every visit and they never know your history, of which you are expected to explain to them in under 5 minutes for $45. My script that was filled, was not even correct, as the quantity of pills and time per day taken is not the same as the past dosage I was given. This place is horrible. I would not recommend. I fear this place has just turned into a PILL MILL and I am reporting them to the state and the BBB.

Never use this doctor. His wife caused me to cancel international flights for failing to provide booked service - this was booked with her and she confirmed in writing and then ghosted me. I got a mutual friend to contact her and she replied to them so I again contacted her letting her know I knew she was texting with others. Then she dropped my appointment late Christmas Eve and referred me to go elsewhere to a place that was closed. Never even got back to me. Do yourself a favor / avoid like the plague.

I’m truly amazed on how far my go to doctor has fallen. I’ve been coming to this office for about 3 years now, because of their care and how well he helps but this is not the case anymore. I tried talking directly to Dr. Garcia to communicate what's taking place with his front line but his staff blocks me each and every time. Trying to get some help for the past 2 1/2 weeks finally I was able to log a virtual appointment and it gets automatically canceled due to co pay. I was working and I guess I missed the call 15 minutes prior to appointment naturally I’m busy and couldn’t answered. Sad to inform this office will no longer be my primary. I never saw such a carelessness with a person's health, I did not ask for a favor, all the consultations were paid for and they should not be since it was a single unresolved issue. His team was terrible, rude, rude, stupid, and inhuman. In almost 3 months his and his team's incompetence I have not had my case solved. I would not refer my worst enemy to this clinic and its staff. A clinic that must be checked by the Regional Medical Council and check if there are really working doctors or untrained people. In point the Doctor NEVER ask me to go to de Clinic in person and make a correct examination. After an attempt to make an appointment with Dr. Garcia, I was banned from his office by his wife who also works there. I'm on 2 medications that cannot be stopped suddenly. Now I am unable to get my medications and was in the emergency room as a result. He thinks this is funny as he sent me a text that said "Lol" Who does this? I think this is pure evil. A doctor is supposed to provide care to patients, not cause them unnecessary intentional harm. Beware who you trust with your health people, the are bad doctors out there that'll put you on meds so that you depend on them and charge you more and more for appointments. And when you call them on their scam, you get banned. Do not recommend this doctor for my pet's, let alone myself or abit other human...!!!

Carole-Anne, She works in medications dept. takes your phone# and says she will call you back. but it never happens. Frankly, there is so much empty space there I'm surprised she can find her way home!!!!

Very likable, friendly, cares a lot for pt. Makes sure you are inform properly about your condition. Follows up on pt. Great doc.

Dr.Garcia,Dr.Burns excellent in diagnostic skills. Excellent bedside manner as well as the long lost attribute of empathy..Daisy well liked and Patti is a kind woman and an attribute to the office..Not a lot of dealing with the other staff members..The scheduling seems to be an issue and at times the high strung blonde woman who works there lacks professionalism and is condescending..overall I wouldn't stop going because Dr.Garcia is a gem,but staff at times off putting.

Fantastic Doctor that always makes time for me.
