Horrific. He is abrupt, rude, racist. A huge Trump supporter and Obama hater. His assistant ranted about how great trump is while her hands were in my mouth and he joined in. It was obvious he thought I could not object. I should have bit him, but I was afraid. This man should not be allowed to practice. Toxic masculinity and bigotry. He was worse to the black woman who was just before me. As a nurse, I see a few doctors who as humans ....are not great, but this guy should not be allowed to practice. Rough, rude, racist Trump lover.

I wish I would have read the reviews here before going to see Dr. Krupp. I got a light sedation wisdom teeth removal done and it was a gorrihor experience. The "laughing gas" did not work (or they didn't give it enough time to work, could have saved $200 and just got the needles). His bedside manner is horrible, sorry to say. I screamed through both numbing needles and he told me "You don't need to scream, just CHILL". He rushed through the entire procedure and was very rough. While pulling the 2nd tooth, I felt pain and pressure. Instead of them upping the gas or stopping he just kept going to hurry and get it done. When it was over I was shaking (very nervous) and he said "see u survived". The place looked very nice. The assistant was a very nice and kind. Not sure how the other doctors are at this practice but I never want to see Dr. Krupp again!!!

it took me a while to have courage to rate this guy. i have had many teeth removed before i went to him, he was recommended by my family dentist due to my extreme phobia of any dental work. i was supposed to be fully sedated to remove my last 7 teeth. i was put halfway under with gas, and it did not work as well as they thought it should, i was told to quit whining during my procedure, i was told i would not remember anything that happend during the procedure, as he was doing work, he told me to quit whining, i have had medication and i am not feeling anything. he was very rough and now, a year and a half later, i have permanent nerve damage in my lower jar. i have been to free clinics for dental care in the past that had much more compassion and never left me with any damage. i would say if you are a financially secure patient that dr krupp will probably portray your new best friend. i would never tell anyone, especially if they have dental phobia to go to dr krupp, he is good making… you feel like a piece of meat that did not matter to him how afraid i was or how much pain i was really in. my husband picked me up at the back door after my procedure and he was almost in hysterics when he saw me and when i was finally able to tell him what happend to me. please be careful, if his assistant tells you that you are going to be fully sedated, please if you need this to have work done, please make sure they do what they are supposed to i wish i had the guts to complain, and challenge the payments for him, he is not a good doctor. he just makes himself look like a hometown ken doll with his excessive plastic surgery and his permanent smile, yeah right buddy, ease on up the botox, please

Krupp is abrupt and rude. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t care if he causes you pain during examination.

My child wind up in the hospital after receiving dental surgery, because of the pain.

I went to see the Krupp team because i needed all my upper teeth removed,I never saw such a good team of people in one office.they have different people taking care of you and discussing different options.Extremely helpful.I had the surgery and they wanted to see me back two days later just to say hello and how i am doing.They told me about ten times if i had any problem to call .By the way the doctor is top of the line in my humble opinion.If you need an oral dentist he is great.

He was emotionally cruel to my mentally ill daughter, the patient. And, he continues to bill me for $178 even though my insurance paid and I paid the uncovered balance at the time of service. Worst doctor ever!!!
