Dr. Bernard C. Randolph

I think it's time for him to retire. He examined me said I needed more therapy to get stronger. Told me to get dressed then comes right back in and said, I read your physical therapy report and you're fine to go back yo work today full duty. He just devalued his own professional experience over a physical therapist. I have no faith in him at all. He wants a follow up visit? For what. He's a PUPPET in my opinion. I will NEVER return to his office again.

Dr. Randolph incorrectly diagnosed my problem. He did a nerve conduction study, it indicated nerve involvement. He denied it was a nerve problem with his own test results in front of him. Scheduled appointments weekly so work comp would pay him.

Work comp doctor. Only asked my case worker about my symptoms! Checked MY knee reflexes at least, not hers. That's the only positive thing I can say.

He took extra time to take care of my issue. Care, concern, expertise all wrapped up into one. He has also worked on other health issues of mine. I continue to be a repeat customer and have sent all of my friends to him. They concur.

Dr. Randolph is unable to make eye contact with you when he is explaining your "situation" The previous comment about him being in the pocket of the work comp insurance company could not be more true. Never filed a work comp case before in my career as a healthcare professional and when I do, it's a horrible experience. Does not listen and does not review your chart before your visit. Continually asked the same questions over and over again.

Excellent explanation of my injury. Shot and therapy. Neither ever fun but I am back to running now.

It could not be more obvious that the dr is deep in the pocket of workers comp insurance companies. He does not listen to patients, ignores complaints and resulting problems of initial issues, keeps inaccurate records, and refuses to acknowledge a health problem exists unless told it does by an insurance adjuster. He prescribes therapies that will harm his patients because of his negligent care. I would highly recommend another dr if you are able to direct your own care.
