Choosing Dr. Shuster for my implant removal and replacement was a great decision. Another doctor referred to me as a "particular patient", which is true. I spent 25 years working as a plastic surgical nurse so I knew what I was looking for in a surgeon. I booked a consult with Dr. Shuster after reading about his qualifications and looking at his extensive pre and post-op photos. His work speaks for itself and it says excellent surgeon. I really didn't care about the reviews that just said how nice he is, I wanted a good surgeon, not just a nice person. Well, he is both! He is a great listener and his response to your questions and input is sincere and on point. I appreciated my interactions with him and his entire staff. His medical practice is well thought out and is centered on the patient. Many medical offices are simply geared to profit, not the impression I got at all. Dr. Shuster is enthusiastic about his career. It appears he truly loves what he does, really likes… people and takes great pride every detail. The facility he uses was efficient, friendly and followed his protocol down to every last detail. I am really really pleased with my results and the care I got from Dr. Shuster and his entire staff. I highly recommend Dr. Shuster.

Last year, I was called after my surgery and informed that healthcare workers at the surgery center had COVID and I had been exposed. A couple days later I was sick. I also got MRSA from the surgery center too. When I talked to Nicole, she said it was all my fault and I brought it on myself. I'm not angry at the healthcare workers or the facility but I will never go back and definitely NOT recommend this facility simply because of the way I was treated by Nicole.

Dr. Shuster may be an excellent surgeon but after our consultation the total cost for my implants was $10,500. $3,000 just for the surgical facility rental. I may have let him do my surgery but his assistant was condescending and pushed for me to give her a non-refundable deposit before I left. I didn't want to deal with her - neither did my friends. We went to a wonderful surgeon who has a surgical facility at her office which felt warm, personal and private. My total cost for implants was only $4,000.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Shuster and his staff enough. They are kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. My entire proceeds from consultation to post op (breast revision and rhinoplasty) has been the best experience I have had. My results look natural and exactly what I have asked for. Dr. Shuster’s subject matter expertise in plastic surgery really shows in his work. THANK YOU!!!

After a pleasant consultation with Dr. Shuster, his assistant came in and said whatever she could to prevent me from leaving until I gave her a non-refundable deposit. Get ready for the sales pitch.

Nicole is beautiful and does her job as she was trained by Dr. Shuster but she will say what ever is needed to try and get a potential patient to put down a non-refundable deposit. Dr. Shuster doesn't have his own surgery center.

The best staff, wonderful experience and excellent results. Shuster is very personable, professional and an expert in his field! Would recommend him any day ??

Greatly disappointed. Horrible and rude customer service. I was not even able to see Dr. Shuster for consultation as being told he is not interested in my facelift procedure! What ? I never heard in my life that Doctor rejecting to see you and at least give expertise and suggestions ! Honestly I was as speechless on the end of short conversation as I was I was exited in the beginning to see the Dr. I felt like I was talking to shepherd instead of assistant , who was letting me know very clearly that have no interest and no respect whatsoever. Needles to say felt very belittle and humiliated

Dr. Bernard Shuster is the best of the best! He is not only the very best plastic surgeon, but is also very kind and caring... and his office and staff are also terrific!

I have been a patient of Dr. Shusters for about 10 years I’ve done a couple procedures with him and there couldn’t be a better doctor that I would recommend. Anyone who sees me thinks I look so natural not fake and has no idea that I have anything done because his work looks so natural would recommend Dr.Shuster the BEST!!!
