Dr. Bernardino Flores Abaya, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Abaya since 2014, and have always been impressed with his professionalism, knowledge about high blood pressure and kidney disease, and his compassion and care to all his patients. He's treating all his patients as his own family. He is always willing to take the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. I got sick of Covid-19 when i was out of Houston and he made me feel like I am a priority. He monitored my condition even during midnight. He has helped me through some difficult health challenges. I am very grateful for his care, expertise, his knowledge about new updates on kidney disease and medications and his personal support. I am giving him my highest regards and give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a competent and caring physician/nephrologist.

I have been seeing Dr. Abaya for almost a year. My kidney function has improved dramatically to near normal. I am in my 80s and am diabetic. I watched my father die of kidney disease and did not want the same. I would recommend to family and friends.
