His star rating is NOT truthful...How stupid can a Dr. B ? If a patient has to wait 4 months (to over a year) to get an appointment, isn't it time to hire another dermatologist ? Office policy is a 15 min window to B seen. How come by being 8 minutes late, Ur turned away...Then when U call, U rarely get thru, & even if U do, it takes 3 to 4 days to get a call-back...That's after U have called 3 or 4 times...He's NOT that good to put up with this ! Most of the time he's not even aware what imbeciles & how rude & unprofessional his staff is... A patient is crazy to take this behavior... I found a MUCH better dermatologist 2 blocks away, & I only had to wait 2 weeks to get that appointment...Trying to talk common sense to the office mngr is impossible...I find her to B lacking common sense & intellect...She has no clue how to run an office...I wonder if she's doing any "special favors" for the Dr. to keep her job, which she is very under-qualified for...Heaven knows, she's not very… attractive ! The sad thing is that they all lie & memorize fabricated stories to cover their own derrieres, much like a dirty police force... They R the most inept medical team I have ever seen... North Shore should B embarrassed to have them represent them !!! If it were up to me, they would have been terminated long ago !!!
