Dr. Bertha Serwa Ayi

I came for a specific reason. She seemed disappointed that I did not want all the various meds/vaccines she had available.

I am taking a very long course of medications. I had no chance to ask questions. I'm not sure what I should be concerned about. The problem could resolve easily or become very serious, I have no idea where I fit. Blood tests were ordered and no one talked to me about the meaning.

I will recommend Dr Ayi to anyone - I wish all doctors had the level of competence and interpersonal skills. She was extremely patient and cared for my situation when I was transferred to her care. She was the 3rd doctor we had seen about my condition who managed to make the correct diagnoses with the correct cocktail of medications to bring me back from the brink of death. I saw her 2 years ago and she had not stopped short of calling me occasionally to inquire about health and progress. Keep up the good work of selfless care , support and encouragement Dr Ayi.

Dr. Ayi took care of me when I had an infectious disease problem.She gave me excellent care.What a wonderful human being .Great physician

Dr Ayi is an intelligent and compassionate physician. She takes time to explain stuff to you and have excellent bedside manners. I was so happy with the care she provided

Spent over TWO HOURS in her office for an appt that takes 5 minutes. She's rude and has zero people skills. Didn't explain anything and wouldn't even look at me. Even made me undress IN FRONT OF HER. Completely unprofessional and not right! Find another doctor if possible.

absolutely the worst appt I have ever had. We waited over 45 minutes so I called the front desk and said if she dosnt come in soon we are leaving we have jobs too. SHe finally came in after about an hr and said I hear ur upset u know we have a busy schedule maybe we shouldnt have even scheduled you today, took a peek at my sons rash and said ill refer him to a dermatologist. when asked if she could just tell us what it was she said she didnt have time to do diagnostics on him!!!! Never agagin will see this Dr. nor would I ever refer anyone I know to her.

Go to another doctor

She don't even deserve ONE star! Waiting time is over 1 hour, if you're lucky! When she actually comes, we're lucky if she spends 5 minutes listening to our problems. Rush in, rush out. If possible, go to another doctor.
