Dr. Bertha Rodriguez-Medina, MD

Extremely disappointing experience here. Appointment was set for 8am and doors didn't open until 8:15am. Staff was very rude, talking about personal matters and yelling across the room to discuss issues patients are having. As I turned to leave, staff yelled across the room to other co-workers, "One less!." Felt so disrespected, and would not recommend this Dr. to anyone.

You can tell Dr. Medina was having a bad day and you can feel the tension between her and the staff members. I love the staff! They always have answers for me and always making me feel comfortable. I've only seen Dr. Medina maybe 3 times I mostly see Flores and she is great!

Had an appointment for 6 came in at 5:50 and I'm still here at 8:15 just for a booster shot.

So i think i only saw her twice during my whooooole pregnancy. She left me until I was 40 weeks & 3 days then induced me ! Since she saw the baby was "too big for me" the day of my delivery, she had to perform a Csec. If she would have been paying better attention to me, she would hAve noticed that a looong time ago and even induced me when I turned 39 weeks and the baby was smaller ! I regret choosing her as my first dr, if I could go back in time, I would of never chosen her.

I really loved dr. Medina and all of ther staff but I dreaded appointments because I knew I was going to be in the waitin room for hours.
