Dr. Bertina Yuen specializes in dental implants and gum surgeries to treat periodontal disease, correct gum recession, and enhance esthetics through periodontal plastic surgery.Â She attended UCLA for her B.S. in Biology/Psychology.Â Dr. Yuen then attended Harvard School of Dental Medicine for her dental school DMD, Certificate in Periodontics, and Masters in Medical Sciences degree for Oral Biology.Â
In addition to several years of clinical experience, Dr. Yuenâ€™s academic appointments has included joining the full-time faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine during her time on the East Coast, as well as aÂ current position as Lecturer at the UCLA School of Dentistry.

I just LOVE Dr Yuen. She has so much patience and concerns for her patients. After any treatment she reaches out to see how well you’re doing. I’ve been coming to see her since after COVID and she brought a smile back to my face ??. You need her in your corner. she’s a winner ??

I had some treatment done with Dr Yuen and I had a great experience. From start to finish her and her team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what was going on. She even called after to check on me. Definitely recommend her for periodontal treatment!

Dr yuen is simply amazing she always goes above and beyond for her patients. not only does shebtake her time when she sees you but she is thorough in her work all while making sure yourncomfortable along the way. even after the office visit she texts after the appointment to make sure your feeling ok and always answers her texts no matter what day it is. you can tell she truly loves what she does. as a patient who hasn't been to the dentist in years she is literally the only perio that i trust to ever touch my teeth she is that good. thanks dr yuen for your amazing work during my long period of dental work and your amazing care! you are simply the greatest!
