Dr. Beshara Nicola Helou, MD

Was recommend Dr. Helou but not impressed with him at all. He seemed very bored and not wanting to be there. Maybe he's always like that or he chooses what patients get real attention. Huge red flag. Onlly asked a handful of questions. Basic stuff that should've been in my file. Felt like he'd couldn't care less. Since found a new doctor who is much better!

I'm surprised that site does not mention DR. Helou's being recruited, and recommended, by Dr. James Beebe, of Beebe Medical Center, nor the information's being included that Dr. Helou speaks Arabic. Rita, mentioned in another review is awful---she threatened to make my gynecological exam "extremely painful" after I questioned her lenghty tardiness for appointment. I sign in "NO RITA."

My husband and I really like Dr Helou and NP Rita Meadows. Office staff is great except for Amy. She is rude, mannerless, and cuts you off in the middle of talking. We have been dealing with her for years and I finally made the decision to leave and find a different PCP because of her. I have no idea how she still has a job there!

Awesome physician that listens to your comments and concerns. I could not be happier with this man. The office is spotless. The staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking and waiting room space. I was transferred to this doctor by another that moved out of state. I had my concerns but not anymore.

Best Dr. I have ever had

Dr. Helou is very down to earth and easy to talk to about any issues I may have. He talks to me as an equal and no question is unanswered. He respects my input about the direction I want to go with my healthcare and helps me figure alternatives when necessary. I have only had a couple of doctors that I have been this comfortable with and I have recommended him to friends. It is important to note that his staff is very friendly and helpful which adds to the level of comfort I have visiting his office.

They are the most uncareing practice my husband and I have ever been associated with. My husband is a disable American Veteran with several complaints that needed immediate attention. Rita sent him in for xrays even after she saw how bad his condition was she still refused to treat the problem. She put my husband on a medication, he told her that it was not working and all she keep telling him with each visit was to continue to take the same medication. She also would not help me either her bedside manner was terriable. The girls at the front told my husband that they have complants about her all the time. My husband tried to see Dr. Helou to see if he would help him but he was no better this is the worst practice we have ever experienced. When we requested our records to transfer to a new docter they refused to release them to us. Our advice is to stay as far away from this practice as you possibly can....
