This office no longer cares about it’s patients. It has become very hard to get prescription refills and referrals

I have been seeing Dr Braver for over 15years Service remains EXCELLENT

I have been having severe back pain and abdominal pain, it is also very painful when I urinate and recently started noticing blood when I wipe. I called three times and left a message on the portal and not once did anyone ever call me back. We are no longer people we are dollar signs.

Simple worse office ever

Very unprofessional office.

The worst office I have ever been to! If I could put 0 stars I would. I gave birth and went for a check up two month later. First, I was received by the nurse practitioner who body shamed me. After drawing your blood they send you the result by mail, no envelope just a little tape on a folded paper. My neighbor received it by accident and opened it not checking that it wasn’t for him. So he saw all my results, the diagnosis and the prescription.... My husband and I were very upset about the situation so we called their office. The nurse practitioner belittled us. Telling us that she doesn’t have to call me or make an appointment to explain what I have. Doesn’t even apologized and gave us an attitude. She didn’t even know that I was breastfeeding and still prescribed something!! And finally they’re no follow up on anything!!! How can they hire someone like that!!!??? She doesn’t care about her patient, makes fun of them and makes them feel bad about themselves, doesn’t care if… they’re doing better or not. I used to like this office and the doctor. I am not going back there ever again

I really appreciated the thoroughness of Dr Braver & her staff. She listened & referred me appropriately & performed a complete blood work up. The referral system has worked very well & the two times I needed to pick up medical records they were ready & waiting for me. Appointments have been easy to make, my insurance accepted... I am dealing with a few medical challenges & was able to get referred to a great Doctor & Dr. Braver made appropriate & timeky recommendations So far I am totally satisfied with Dr. Braver, all her staff & the efficiency of her Aventura office

As a new patient I got a fast appointment. The doctor was great! The staff is very nice and pleasant. Will definitely recommend to others.

She seems to have too many patients. As a primary care physician, I would expect her to be able to see a patient with an emergent issue within a couple of days. It can take months to get an appointment. The office wait time is usually long and once seeing her, examinations are cursory. If a specialist had been seen prior to the visit, she had not bothered to familiarize herself with the information That is the least one should be able to expect from the person charged with coordinating care.

The office staff, is so incompetent. One does not know what the other is doing. I was scheduled for blood work 5 days after I already had the blood work. I was charged a co-pay for in office ultrasound and according to my insurance I was not supposed to be charged. It is going to be a real fight to get my money back. Although good personal friends with the doctor, I can not continue to see her.
