It appears that Anthony submitted my prescription to my other pharmacy. Without asking me, Anthony submitted my prescription to CVS pharmacy. Seven hundred ($700.00) dollars automatically showed up on my credit card in order to pay for this drug. I told him I wanted my prescription sent to Novo Nordisk. I get a steep discount there. Preoccupied with making his own doctor's appointment for himself, I waited at the door of his office for clarification. He did not seem lively, alert, focused, or client centered. I had told Beth I traveled to Quest at 5:30 AM through the driving rain and he did not send my blood test prescription there either. The phlebotomist said she did not receive it. Beth covered for Anthony and said it was submitted; but that Quest could not locate it. Beth did not return calls for days, despite numerous attempts with the receptionist to have Beth call me regarding this matter. I cancelled the CVS order and will run out soon. I do not recommend Beth because of the… above; She's hurtful and harmful.
