Dr. Lalande Is warm, kind and willing to listen to all health concerns. She answers all questions and she Is reassuring and trustworthy. I highly recommend her as an endocrinologist.

I submitted a request for an appt online. Nobody got back to me, so I called to schedule. Dr. Lalande really is an outstanding doctor. Truly listens and explains very well.

Dr.Beth Lalande was very caring and informative on my concerns and worries. She also explained plan of care and gave me so much information about my condition. For the first time in a long time I felt heard and understood by a Doctor. I will definitely love to come back and get my care with her. She is amazing! Thank you for providing such a great welcoming visit for me. I felt heard un understood.

My only complaint is that you got rid of the ultrasound tech position there at the clinic so I had to go to the hospital because that was the only open date, Which probably cost me more money because the hospital rooms cost more to rent , to get into Beth on time and that she even took one of her emergency slots to slide me in because everything was messed up when you got rid of the ultrasound tech, which I think is a very stupid idea, you have an endocrinologist that used all the time herself I'm not a fan of Froederts policiesTime spent with the doctor was very nice. She spent a lot of time getting to know me personally so I feel like we have a good relationship, which is really important for healthcare. Always give your doctors enough time to speak with patients. I appreciate that

Dr. Beth Lalande deserves more than 5 stars. After being misdiagnosed twice, and extremely ill from treatments and conditions, Dr. Lalande took the time to find out what was really wrong with me and fixed it. I have been a patient for over 10 years now, and have been treated with respect and compassion I have never received before. She treats the whole body-physically, and emotionally.
