THIS OFFICE HAS NO CLUE ON WHAT TO DO IN ORDER TO MAKE A CHILDS VISIT TO THE DOCTOR A PLEASANT ONE!! THE DOCTOR PUSHES MEDICATIONS FROM THE VERY START!! BEWARE!!

The title say's it all! Good luck getting them to call your insurance company back. Their customer support is worse than Comcast!

Difficult to get an appointment as an existing patient at the 3 month advance request of Dr. When you get to the office, you’ll wait for over an hour, after pulling your child from school early. Terribly run office. They could care less about inconvenience to patients.

Can't get late afternoon appointments. Doctor only works in Boca two times a month. Not flexible for kids in school which is a shame since she specializes in pediatrics.

Dr. and the nurse practicianer both took their time to ask questions. However, the only thing they ever did for my daughter was bloodwork after bloodwork. They never diagnosed her problem or gave her anything for the symptoms.Back office staff is very nice, but front office is snooty.

We are so unhappy with this doctor. They really are old school about treating thyroid problems in children. I am so irritated that you make your appointment with the doctor then at the last minute they switch you to the PA, this has happened 3 times now. Going to find another doctor.

I was originally concerned about taking my son to an endocronologist, especially a female endocronologist, to discuss my son's early puberty. I did not want my son to feel insecure. Dr. Motzkin-Kava put all of my fears at ease. She was wonderfully caring when speaking with my husband, son and me and spent ample time answering all of my questions. Dr. Motzkin-Kava was aggressive enough, but not too aggressive. I highly recommend her.

This doctor has the most rude and nasty staff ever employed. The most rude one out of the bunch is Tracy. She must be related in some way the way she treats patients and is still employed. One word of advice, PLEASE find another doctor and do not go here, you WILL be unhappy.

The Dr. should reevaluate her staff and office protocols to ensure each patient's visit is efficient. If she is serving children her office hours should also be more accomodating to her patients.

Came 5 min. late for an appt. the front desk claimed it was 15 min.(Tracy lied), and let the next hour of patients go ahead of my son as punishment.
