Dr. Beth Ann Riley, MD

I was referred to Dr. Riley from a GP for a colonoscopy. I was also looking for help with hormones because my cycle was over 40 days long and my estrogen was measuring postmenopausal (i am mid 20s). Dr. Riley offered me the birth control pill to help "normalize my cycle/hormones" and negated all of my concerns by asking if I have ever considered if its depression rather than a hormonal imbalance. I went on to find a different gyno who was able to explain my low estrogen was correlated with high cortisol from overexercising. I turned to a gentler form of movement and within months my cycle was back to normal and all of the negative symptoms I had complained of to Dr. Riley had resolved. I expect more from a female health care provider than to dismiss a woman's complaints and over a bandaid solution.

Dr. Riley was an excellant doctor for me and delivered both of our children - she ensured confidence in her knowledge. I felt very comfortable in her hands. My children, both were preterm are perfect in every way!! I was very blessed having her as my OB/GYN -
