Dr. Beth Simonowitz

I have been taking my girls to see doctor Simonowitz for 18 years no. I followed her from her practice in Paoli to a less convenient location is Exton because she was worth the trip. I am sad that my girls are getting too old for a pediatrician. I will miss her and the time and respect she has always given myself and my girls.

My daughter got sick last year, after waiting for almost 1 hour, she got treated, She was diagnosed as pnumonia.my daughter took the medcation prescribed by doctor for 3 days, the fever didn't go away. I called the office, the nurse said 3 day is not long enough to make fever away, I have to wait till 5 days, after 5 days, I took my daughter to doctor's office, but the doctor told me, I SHOULD BRING MY DAUGHTER TO DOCTOR EARLIER, and 3 DAY is LONG ENOUGH to make fever away !!???After 5 days in fever, my daughter took another kind of medcation prescribed by the same doctor. After 3 days, the fever is still there. I had to take my daughter to see different doctor. after take the new medcation prescribed by new doctor, the fever went away in 24 hours.my daughter was suffering for almost 9 days. the doctor didn't have any follow up, they don't care if the medication work or not, they just charged from insurance company promptly.Besides, for other doctors, we received health report forms… and medical records for FREE. This doctor always charge for those reports. I believe, the insurance company paid enough to cover those expense.

My two teenage sons are graduating from pediatrics, and have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Simonowitz. She is an excellent diagnostician and refers us to specialists that are tops in their respective fields.

I transferred my daughter to Dr Simonowitz and absolutely love her! She takes plenty of time at each appointment to discuss everything. When you call after hours with a concern, an actual Dr (not a nurse) calls you back.
