Dr. Bethany Leara Luce, MD

I've never had a bad experience with anyone at her office. I've been seen by her, Jon, and Melissa. They're all wonderful. She must be very picky who she hires. It shows.

The BEST DR ever I had to leave her because of insurance and could not wait to get back to see her, Finally I got my foot back in the door . I am seeing the P.A Angel she is also wonderful very thorough .

Dr. Luce is attentive, competent, and generous with her time. I have always had a great experience at her office.

Dr. Luce's manner and diagnosis have always been spot on. She recognized an issue that my previous doctors had failed to take notice of. Turned out I had multiple myeloma that was causing amyloidosis. Without her perseverance the cancer would have been fatal. Highly recommend this very capable Doctor.

What a wonderful person Dr. Luce is. I've been seeing her for about a year and I never once regretted choosing her, even for a moment.

signed up for a medicare supplement program with united healthcare. they gave me this doctor as primary care physician. When I called the office they told me they accepted no patients under 60. What the heck is she doing in a plan for senior citizens.

I will never ever come here again people are rude ladies up front are so rude and have no customer service skills everytime I go there it's horrible and will no longer take my famy there ! Ur suppose to make ur clients welcome I leave almost crying and upset !!! Yesterday was the worst experience at that office ! Please do go here !! It's not a heLthy invorement ! What a waste of my time

I was excited to see a newspaper ad stating that Dr. Luce was taking new patients, since she had been referred by a friend. I called twice before I was able to talk to someone. The first time, I was put on hold for an interminable length of time, only to be cut off. When I finally got through, I was told they're only taking new patients who have the right insurance (I do), and who are under 60 (I'm 61). When I asked the reason for the age restriction, she said they're only interested in taking "long-term" patients! I assured her that I wasn't planning to die any time soon! She said that they refer their "old" clients to some other place, but she didn't know the doctor's name, only a phone number. If that is their policy, I'm cool with that, but I think they need to teach their staff some social skills! I love Prescott, and I am glad we moved here, but if I had known how hard it is to find a good doctor, I might have reconsidered!

Have been very happy with Dr. Luce and the office staff. Excellent follow up care and Rx call ins to pharmacy always taken care of promptly.
